Click on Group management button above. Enter your number account number and password which is case sensitive, then the user ID is the name of whoever is entering the reservation.
The next screen will list all reservations made for your account whether you entered them or we did. In the right corner select add a new reservation. This screen mostly consists of drop down boxes that you can choose from.
Once you have entered the arrival and departure information, select #2 to review the reservation. If you need to make changes, select the reservation number you want and it will take you back to the reservation screen. When you have completed step two then select #3 and this will confirm your reservation and give you a confirmation number. This is only for master billing and will not let you enter a credit card anywhere. For all credit card reservations, please call our office at 821-255-1841.
